Dr. Dania Imam MD, MRCGP(UK), CCFP

Dr. Dania Imam completed her family medicine training in England in 2014. She practiced initially in Southport, England and then moved to Calgary in October 2014 and since then she has been practicing in Calgary. She is the proud member of Royal College of General Practitioner United Kingdom and holder of Certification in the College of Family Practice, Canada. She enjoys traveling around the world, cooking different cuisines and spending time with her family.

Dr. Amir Aslam MD, MRCP(UK), MRCGP, MSc, CCFP

Dr. Amir Aslam practiced as a Medical Doctor in National Health Services England since 2004. He has completed Internal medicine training and Family medicine training in UK and hold Membership of Royal college of Physicians UK. He practiced as a Family Physician in Whiston, England till 2014. He moved to Calgary in 2014 and since then practicing in Calgary. He is proud holder of Certification in the College of Family Practice, Canada. He has keen interest in teaching medical student and residents. He is affiliated with University of Calgary as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. He enjoys watching Cricket, Soccer and traveling around the world.

Kaitlyn Weber - PCN Mosaic Nurse

Kaitlyn is a Registered Nurse working with Mosaic Primary Care Network. She graduated from the University of Calgary in 2018 from the Bachelor of Nursing program and proceeded to work in dementia care for multiple years. Kaitlyn has always had a passion for nursing in the primary care setting and enjoys helping patients manage chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and weight management. In her spare time Kaitlyn enjoys taking her dog for long walks, hiking, knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

Amanda Smith - Manager

Amanda is a born and raised Calgarian who chose to pursue a career in a medical setting. She graduated from CDI College of Business, Healthcare and Technology in 2018 and was awarded Valedictorian. Amanda has a great love for her 3 children and enjoys spending quality time with them. In addition, she also enjoys reading, travelling and the warm outdoors.

Louie Laga – MOA

I came to Canada from the Philippines as a live-in caregiver. Having a child motivated me to change profession and pursue a career in the medical office setting. I graduated as a Medical Clinic and Unit Clerk Administration at Robertson College in 2021. I enjoy cross- stitching and love to spend quality time with my son.
