Dr. Dania Imam completed her family medicine training in England in 2014. She practiced initially in Southport, England and then moved to Calgary in October 2014 and since then she has been practicing in Calgary. She is the proud member of Royal College of General Practitioner United Kingdom and holder of Certification in the College of Family Practice, Canada. She enjoys traveling around the world, cooking different cuisines and spending time with her family.

Dr. Amir Aslam graduated from Dow Medical College in 1996 and completed his postgraduate medical training with the National Health Service (NHS) in England. He trained in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine in the UK, holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), and earned a Master of Science from the University of Lancashire, UK. He practiced as a Family Physician in Whiston, England until 2014, before relocating to Calgary, where he has been in active practice since.

Dr. Aslam is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP) and holds Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). He has a strong commitment to medical education and serves as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Calgary. Outside of medicine, he enjoys cricket, soccer, and traveling.

Hi I am Aaron Chung. I was born in Calgary and did residency training at the University of Calgary and medical school at the University of Alberta. In my free time I enjoy weightlifting, trying new restaurants and playing video games. Look forward to seeing you in the clinic!

Dr Okwuonu is a highly skilled and compassionate family physician with over 15years of clinical experience across two continents. She attended medical school in Nigeria where she subsequently had her first postgraduate training in Internal medicine, obtaining the prestigious membership of the West African College of Physicians. She afterwards moved to the United Kingdom where she initially worked as a Specialty Doctor in Geriatrics before training as a Family Physician, obtaining membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Her Internal Medicine training and Geriatrics experience equips her with skills to manage chronic medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes and complex multiple problems in elderly patients. Dr Okwuonu has a special interest in skin and hair disorders. She has a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Dermatology and she worked as a senior registrar in dermatology in Nigeria for 4years prior to moving to the United Kingdom. After completion of training as a family physician, she has been working as a Specialist in Hospital Dermatology in the NHS in England. She is currently a fellow of the Prestigious Evidence Based Hair Fellowship program, Donovan Hair Academy, under the tutelage of Dr Donovan who is an experienced Dermatologist and Hair specialist in British Columbia, Canada. She is a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society of Canada, (PCDSC), Primary Care Dermatology Society (Uk), Nigerian Association of Dermatologists (NAD) and International Society of Dermatology (ISD). Dr Okwuonu loves to travel and spend time with family. Dr Okwuonu is accepting patients across all age groups and especially referrals for skin and hair concerns from other physicians within the area.

Amanda is a born-and-raised Calgarian with a strong dedication to patient care and healthcare excellence. She pursued her career in the medical field with a focus on professionalism, compassion, and clinical accuracy. Amanda graduated from CDI College of Business, Healthcare and Technology in 2018, where she was recognized as Valedictorian, reflecting her academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to high standards in healthcare practice.

Outside of her professional role, Amanda is a devoted mother to three children and values spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors, particularly in warm climates.

I came to Canada from the Philippines as a live-in caregiver. Having a child motivated me to change profession and pursue a career in the medical office setting. I graduated as a Medical Clinic and Unit Clerk Administration at Robertson College in 2021. I enjoy cross- stitching and love to spend quality time with my son.

Kaitlyn is a Registered Nurse working with Mosaic Primary Care Network. She graduated from the University of Calgary in 2018 from the Bachelor of Nursing program and proceeded to work in dementia care for multiple years. Kaitlyn has always had a passion for nursing in the primary care setting and enjoys helping patients manage chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and weight management. In her spare time Kaitlyn enjoys taking her dog for long walks, hiking, knitting, and spending time with friends and family.

Daren has been in nursing for over 10 years, with experience across a variety of clinical areas. Since joining Mosaic in 2014, she has worked in several programs and most recently with Pain Management Clinic leaving a lasting impact on her practice. She has since found her passion in the Chronic Disease Management Program, where she applies a compassionate and holistic approach to care supporting patients with chronic illness through education and providing personalized care plans to achieve their health goals.
